SOUP

Roast parsnip and parmesan with parsnip crisps and mini granary roll.  

BRULEE

Stilton brûlée, rocket and walnut salad with toasted ciabatta.

PIGEON

Pan fried pigeon breast served pink with black pudding, bacon, salad leaves and vinaigrette dressing.

COCKTAIL

Prawn and crayfish, Marie rose sauce, baby gem and mini granary roll.

Pan fried Cod fillet topped with herb crumb and Dijon mustard, crushed new potatoes, green beans

with a white wine cream sauce.

VENISON

Fillet of venison, blueberry sauce, mini cottage pie, braised red cabbage and green beans.

TURKEY

Traditional roast Norfolk turkey and all the trimmings.

VEGETARIAN

Balsamic and lentil cottage pie, sweet potato topping and buttered greens.
