Prawn and crayfish cocktail, classic Marie-Rose sauce.

Home cured salmon with vodka, beetroot, horseradish, baby capers and dill.

PARFAIT

Smooth chicken liver parfait, toasted ciabatta, red onion marmalade.

SOUFFLÉ

Twice baked goats cheese soufflé, apple and walnut salad.

Roast fillet of cod, crushed new potatoes, wilted spinach, mussel, leek and clam chowder.

PHEASANT

Pan fried pheasant breast, crispy bacon, bubble and squeak, buttered winter greens, cider and sage sauce.

BEEF

8 hour blade of beef, slow roast onion, horseradish mash, Vichy carrot, red wine sauce.

TURKEY

Traditional roast Norfolk turkey and all the trimmings.

WELLINGTON

Sautéed fresh wild mushrooms, garlic, cream and grain mustard sauce wrapped in puff pastry,
buttered winter greens, new potatoes with chives.
