Roasted sweet potato and rosemary soup

Prawns and crayfish tails on a bed of shredded lettuce
topped with a Marie Rose sauce

Grilled sardines with garlic butter

Cajun spiced salmon flakes on a bed of mixed leaves, with tomato and cucumber, served with a mango salsa

Strips of Thai flavoured chicken on a bed of salad leaves with
mange tout and an Asian dressing

Melon with a raspberry and mint sauce

Main Course

Salmon fillet with a herb and Parmesan crust

Slow cooked lamb shank Moroccan style, with tomatoes, apricots, mint, cumin, ginger and garlic, served with a bed of spiced rice, with a minted yoghurt dip
(this dish is not normally served with potatoes)

Beef casserole with white wine, bacon, onions and mushrooms,
topped with a herb scone

Traditional Roast Norfolk Turkey served with all the Trimmings

Chicken breast filled with a prawn mousse, wrapped in bacon and coated with a creamy spinach sauce

Gressingham duck legs with an apricot and orange stuffing,
casseroled in an orange flavoured gravy

Winter vegetable bake, with seasonal vegetables in a creamy white wine sauce, topped with a Gruyere cheese and sage crumble

Puff pastry parcel filled with roasted butternut squash,
Stilton and mixed beans.

All main courses are normally served with mixed roasted vegetables.
Please let us know if you would prefer plain steamed vegetables or salad
