Cajun Chicken Skewers Spicy Cajun chicken served on skewers with a chive yoghurt dip
MAIN COURSES
Haddock Fillet coated with a prawn and brandy sauce
“Our Award Winning” Steak and Peppercorn Pie Tender pieces of steak slowly cooked in a black peppercorn, cream and Brandy sauce, with a shortcrust pastry topping
