Soup of the Day

Tempura Squid
on a bed of mixed leaves with a chilli dressing

Mushrooms with Garlic
Mushrooms in a creamy garlic sauce, flavoured with thyme and topped
with Parmesan breadcrumbs, served “au gratin”

Cajun Chicken Skewers
Spicy Cajun chicken served on skewers with a chive yoghurt dip

MAIN COURSES

Haddock Fillet
coated with a prawn and brandy sauce

“Our Award Winning” Steak and Peppercorn Pie
Tender pieces of steak slowly cooked in a black peppercorn, cream and
Brandy sauce, with a shortcrust pastry topping

Butterflied Chicken Breast
With a roasted red pepper and Mascarpone sauce

Pork Steak
With a creamy Dijon mustard sauce

8oz Sirloin Steak (£4 supplement)

Puff Pastry Parcel
Filled with mixed roasted vegetables and cream cheese,
flavoured with smoked paprika

The main courses are normally served with mixed roasted vegetables and mash, please let us know if you prefer to have plain steamed vegetables, salad
and either jacket, new or chipped potatoes
