We served a French Style 3 course Menu, with lots of choices on each course. The Restaurant and Bar were be decorated with French flags and there was a great atmosphere! (10% DISCOUNT OFF THE MENU PRICE FOR PARTIES OF 6 OR MORE!)
TRADITIONAL FRENCH ONION SOUP - with gruyere croutons
CLASSIC MOULES MARINIERE - Mussels served hot with garlic, onions, parsley, cream and white wine
GAME TERRINE – with rabbit, pigeon, pheasant and duck, served with toasted brioche and a spicy mustard flavoured chutney
GOATS CHEESE AND MUSHROOM CREPE - flavoured with chives
CREAMED LEEK TART – with salad leaves
MAIN COURSES
SEA BASS FILLET - with a creamy parsley and fresh tomato sauce, flavoued with Noilly Prat
CHICKEN BREAST - stuffed with Camembert and coated with a Provencale sauce
CAMARGUE DAUBE DE BOEUF - Tender chunks of beef slowy cooked in red wine and Brandy with onions, garlic, bacon and spices
PORK FILLET - with a thyme and apple stuffing, served with a Calvado sauce
CONFIT OF DUCK - beautifully tender, served with the cooking juices.
