Roasted Red Pepper and Basil Tart – with a Parmesan pastry case, served hot
Salmon with Risotto – Poached salmon served on a bed of creamy beetroot and rosemary risotto
“Osso Buco” – Shin of veal, slowly casseroled with white wine and tomatoes, finished with garlic, lemon and parsley
Calves Liver – cooked pink and served with a baby onion and Marsala sauce
Butterflied Chicken Breast – topped with sun dried tomatoes, spinach and mascarpone cheese, served with a herbed breadcrumbed topping
Cannelloni – Homemade cannelloni filled with mushrooms, rocket, garlic and pine nuts and topped with a rich tomato sauce
Mixed roasted Mediterranean vegetables, broccoli and potatoes flavoured
with rosemary are served with the main courses
